✨Yoga classes are back!✨

We’ll be gathering to practice a ~60 minute beginner-friendly gentle yoga class indoors at Turn Here Bar & Grill!

Natural, handcrafted skincare products will be available for sale after class. 🌿

Free coffee or tea is included! ☕️

DETAILS:

-Classes are June 4, July 9, and August 6.

-Class starts at 10 am.

-Cost is a $5-10, pay what you can.

-Pre-registration is encouraged and payment can be made on the Cascadia Yoga & Wellness website under “shop” (CascadiaYogaWellness.com) or upon arrival to class - cash, card, Venmo, PayPal.

-Bring a yoga mat - there will be a few available for those who don’t have one.
