✨WOMEN’S NATURE WELLNESS RETREAT✨
Join us in the forest in Spring 2024 for a wellness retreat where you’ll experience meaningful connection with other women while exploring and learning nature-based skills!
Our small group of women will be staying 3 nights at Silver Falls State Park, nestled in the forest among 10 waterfalls and miles of hiking trails!
What you’ll receive:
3 nights lodging at the Foothills Ranch bunkhouse - private bed
all meals freshly cooked, snacks, tea/coffee
3 yoga classes minimum
Herbal skincare workshop - and take home product
Foraged Basketry workshop - and keep your project
Wilderness First Aid skills workshop
Nature related crafts/lessons/gifts
Hiking/Plant Identification/Foraging outings
Nightly campfire circle
Free time to rest/explore/socialize

near Sublimity, Oregon
Accommodations: We’ll be staying at Foothills Ranch bunkhouse. Everyone will have a private bed. Bring your blankets and a pillow.
Food: All meals and snacks are provided! You are also welcome to bring your favorites, if you choose. Accommodations for gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian/vegan can be made – please be sure to include this information with your registration.
Activities: We’ll explore the park identifying plants, discuss foraging and ethics, herbal uses, learn first aid skills, hike to beautiful waterfalls, practice yoga, meditation, journaling, have free time to connect, and more!
At this special retreat, we’ll have a guest teacher of indigenous heritage to lead us through a basketry workshop!
Extracurriculars: Bring your favorite overnight comforts, extra clothing layers, water bottle, hiking shoes, day backpack if you like, and yoga mat if you have one. While we are animal lovers, please leave your pets at home.
We want to lessen any barriers that keep women from enjoying the outdoors. If you have any special needs, requirements, or requests, please email us directly.

Investment: $625
To register, a $300 deposit is required to hold your spot. The remaining balance will be invoiced by email within 48 hours and can be paid any time with full payment due on or before February 29, 2024. Deposits are non-refundable.
The Nurture Retreat schedule will be finalized one month before the retreat date and all participants will be emailed with details, directions, and suggested packing list.
